Once we decided to convert our vacation property at Lake Buckhorn into our forever home, we started interviewing builders. Gemini had excellent reviews, but we were convinced after meeting with Jason that Gemini was a true custom builder. Gemini utilized the floor plan we designed, which took full advantage of views. Once the double wide was demolished and only the walk out basement remained, Gemini started the build. Gemini was very flexible and willing to incorporate some of our existing materials, like barn wood and leftover lumber to keep costs at a minimum.
We never built anything before, so we were nervous, especially because we lived and worked two hours away from the build site at the time. Jason and Jeff quickly put us at ease. They both were very accommodating and responsive. Building a home during COVID was rough for any builder but Gemini did a great job managing the supply chain to ensure materials were available when needed. The work crews were highly skilled professionals who kept the job site was clean and organized. We were very impressed with their craftsmanship and quality of materials used. I would highly recommend Gemini.

We hired Gemini for a custom home build in 2016. After seeing their previous work and hearing recommendations from others, it was an easy decision. We purchased blueprints online, and Jason & Jeff were able to make several modifications to fit our expectations and budget.
It was a hands-on experience from the beginning; going over plans, seeing product samples in their shop and doing site visits. We lived over an hour away while the house was being built and we truly appreciated their flexibility and their responsiveness to emails and texts when making time for visits, or even phone calls, was not easy for us.
When building a truly custom home there can be a few obstacles and hiccups, but we always felt like we were in good hands and all issues were approached honestly and professionally. The quality of their work was excellent; from framing to finishing. We are confident we have a home that will stand the test of time and our family will enjoy for decades to come. We won't hesitate for a moment to look to Gemini for any of our future needs.

We hired Gemini to complete some major remodeling in the upstairs of our split level - bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms. They combined 2 small bedrooms into a large master bedroom with walk-in closet - moving doors and closets in the hall and other bedroom. They combined 2 small bathrooms in to one large bathroom with updated features. They demolished a defined three room living, dining, and kitchen into a large open area with support beams in the ceiling to hold the load. New open kitchen area is unbelievable - cabinet design and layout, granite countertops, and tile floor combination is warm, classy, and beautiful.
Gemini did a good job dealing with all our changes through the project. They were friendly, professional and always cleaned up after themselves. Excellent quality and good people to work with.

We have used Gemini for every remodel project in our home (basement, kitchen, dining room, bathroom) and have been very satisfied with the results. So when we decided to add a three season room to our house there was no question as to who we would call. From help with design to the completed project, we were totally satisfied. Quality materials were used and the craftmanship and attention to detail were top-notch. As the project proceeded, we made some changes to the plans and that proved to be no problem. The workers were polite and respectful, and at the end of every day cleaned the area. Their initial quote was accurate and construction was completed in a timely fashion. We are very pleased and excited with our new room!

Jason's company did an outstanding job on our complete Master Bathroom remodel! This is our 2nd experience with Gemini and we had no doubts hiring them again to complete this project. Our house was built in 1988 and is a great house... aside from the tiny Master Bath and mauve pink fixtures!! So Jason had Jeff do some mock-ups of design ideas for expanding the space and bringing it into the 21st century. After a couple of brief meetings, we nailed down the design, selected our finishes, and then Andy and his crew came right in to execute the job. Everyone involved behaved with the utmost professionalism, care, and respect for our home. They all communicated clearly, showed up when they said they'd show up, and if there was a potential schedule conflict they asked our permission first to amend their scheduled days. Gemini has been in business for over 20 years in this small community and the name carries a flawless reputation for high-end projects and the high-end service that is expected of this kind of work. I'd recommend them 100 times out of 100!

We are very pleased with the job that Jason Jeff, & their crew did. Jason was very helpful in the planning stages. They started work very quickly & worked all through the winter. Jeff & his crew were very easy to work with. We were surprised at the amount of sub-contract type of stuff that they did themselves & extremely satisfied with their craftsmanship & attention to detail. The men of Gemini Company did a superior job of remodeling two of our bathrooms. From start to finish, the projects were done in a very professional manner. Always on time, considerate of us and our home, and stayed in constant communication about any changes or areas of concern. The end product is absolutely gorgeous and we couldn't be more pleased!!!!

We used Gemini to renovate the great room in our home. It needed everything! They scraped and refinished the ceiling, installed new subfloor and hardwood, new trim, stone veneer to a brick fireplace wall (roughly 8x25ft area), and new firebox installation (and accompanying exterior masonry for the chimney). They also painted, refinished a large bay window, and made custom shelves and mantels for the fireplace. They are polite and work quickly. We waited a long time (nearly a year if I remember correctly) to be worked into their schedule, but are glad we did. Their work is fantastic and worth the wait!

Gemini Corp. recently built a new home for Coshocton Community Housing Inc. a local non-profit that manages homes for persons with disabilities. It was a very challenging project completely built under the American Disabilities Act strict requirements. Jason, Jeff and the courteous staff from Gemini were more than helpful as we embraced the many requirements to make this house a home for persons with disabilities. The professionalism and the attention to detail have been noted by many who have visited the build. The can do attitude of the company staff helped our dream become a reality and pass all inspections with a great deal of attention to detail. It was a great pleasure doing business with Gemini as our company continues to address the lack of DD housing in Coshocton. We hope to do another project sometime in the future.

Gemini is our preferred contractor from remodeling our century old schoolhouse turned home to our retirement condominium. In all projects (porch replacement, entry doors, basement, attic insulation, refinishing wood floors, as well as new floors, plus new kitchen and bath) Jason's crew work in a timely manner and with complete professionalism. We have had Gemini Corporation for multiple projects over the past several years.
